Shipping and Tracking
We are able to deliver the goods to most countries in the world. Different delivery methods are available here because the delivery method that suitable for different countries and regions can ensure the transport in the shortest possible time, as well as the the safety and convenience of transport. This is one of the most important elements for us to improving the service and the shopping experience for our customers.
As usual, it needs 1 or 2 days to process your order and will take 7-15 business days to arrive at your door. The parcel can be tracked online. We will provide you the tracking number of your order by e-mail as soon as the goods have been sent. Simply enter this information into the proper fields and click on the track button. Please contact us via email if you need further tracking assistance.
What should I do if the shipment is lost or stolen?
It is unlikely in that case. But if the goods damaged or lost, we will resend you another for compensating. But if the postal service delivers the goods to the wrong address you provided or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your order.
Please ensure the right information for shipping. If the parcel can not be arrived because of the false information you provided, there is no responsible for us to resend the goods.
The parcel of your order is processed within 2days, therefore, the cancellation is not accept for us as long as the parcel send out.
I have not received my order. What can I do?
If you haven’t received your order, please try the below methods to solve the problem:
Method 1. You can track your order with the tracking number given by the seller: Go to My Orders > Locate the order > and Click Track Order.
If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. You can also contact the seller for more shipping information. You may leave a message on the order details page or click Contact Seller/Contact Us on order list page.
Method 2. Contact the seller for more information. If that doesn’t work, you can always apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Make sure you do this before your Buyer Protection has ended.
Method 3. If you didn’t receive your order and have no any parcel number, please Contact Seller/Contact Us to chat with our Customer Service Team for more information.
